I tried everything, I reinstalled, enabled permissions before launching, cleared app data, restarted device & tried to Google a solution (which is the reason I'm writing my solution here), I found many results of ppl experiencing the same issue & most were Xiaomi there were others like a Samsung S8 & a Pixel 2 user, but none of them had a solution for me. I downloaded Gameloft's Asphalt 9 game from play store coz I was given a code to redeem free stuff, but on launching the game was unable to get any further than the Gameloft screen.
